Dear Valued KernWi-Fi Customer,
Our Parafield Tower is currently experiencing some issues due to a faulty switch. Sunday 16th of February 2025.
We have moved the services across to a new switch but we are still configuring the new switch.
We are hoping to have the services restored shortly.
Update: Monday 17th Due to technical issues with the switch we are replacing with another switch this morning.
Update: We have restored services with a temporary switch atm.
We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this unexpected interruption to service.
We thank you for your patience and understanding in regards to this interruption and we look forward to continuing to provide our customers with a reliable, super-fast KernWi-Fi Service.
