Dear Clients,
Update: Saturday 2nd Aug 2025.
Water damaged equipment has been swapped out and or replaced and devices are back online.
We will monitor for the next 24/48hrs.
Update: Wednesday 30th of July 2025.
We will be installing new cabling, new equipment due to water damage to sectorial on Friday 1st of Auguste 2025. ( Weather permitting)
We will then move all clients back to sectorial. Test and complete upgrades.
Currently we are experiencing connection issue with only one of our Sectorials on RAA Tower (Westpac House).
We have move all clients across to another sectorial until the cabling can be replaced, mostly likely due to water damage.
Due to weather conditions we are limited with available time we are allowed on the top of the building.
Once completed we will place back after hours.
