Westpac Main Tower Power Upgrade (Scheduled) Critical

Dear Clients 

Scheduled power outage affecting only Westpac tower including North Adelaide sub tower, Flinders sub tower and Darlington Sub tower. 

 

Saturday 1st of February 2025 6.30am - 5.00pm

Westpac Building will be upgrading the power switchboard on the 31st level Comms Area.

This has caused disruptions in our service over the last 4 months and will now be fully resolved.  

They will be having back up generators in place during this time but there will be disruptions during this time when they change over power. 

 

We thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this interruption and look forward to continuing to provide our customers with a reliable, super-fast KernWi-Fi Service.

NBN Fixed Wireless Tower Upgrades (In Progress) Medium

Dear Valued KernWi-Fi Customer,

We have noted NBN are currently upgrading their towers to be able to support higher bandwidth and new plans. 

KernWi-Fi is not directly notified but scheduled notices are available in our portal for us to check per client site. 

Typical services will be impacted from 8.00am - 5.00pm during this time. 

We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this unexpected interruption to service.

RAA House Upgrades - Cabling Works (Scheduled) Critical

We will be upgrading cabling at our core Tower / Kern DC from Monday 18th of November 2024.

The expected outage is up to 30 mins while this upgrade is completed. 

KernWi-Fi customers in these areas may experience some interruptions to their service.
