Power Outage - Westpac House Tower (Reported) Critical

Dear Clients 

We are currently experinecing a Power Outage at our Main Tower of Westpac House today Thursday 5th of  December 2025.

We have contacted the building management and electricians are on route to the site. 

I will update as soon as I have more information. 

Our technicians are currently on site. 

Sorry for the inconvicence. 

Once power is restored please let us know if you are still having any issues.

we are upgradeing firmware on one of our sectorials due to interference. 

Affecting Cumberland Park, Keswick, MorphettVale, Tonsley, Plympton, Kings Park and Glengowie areas. 

The expected outage is up to 30 mins while this upgrade is completed. 

KernWi-Fi customers in these areas may experience some interruptions to their service.

Flinders Sub Tower - Power Upgrade in coming weeks.. 

Affecting, Finders, North Adelaide and Flinders Tower

Due to ongoing power issues at this building, we will be installing a new battery back up service to provide power during any outages. 

There will be a small outage after the completion of works to connect the current system to the new power back up. We will notify when this will be scheduled. 


We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this unexpected interruption to service.
